The Enablement Academy of Leadership Excellence accepts qualified applicants to our team lead studies. These studies are for those already in team lead roles, and professionals seeking to be tomorrow’s team leads, and thus acceptance, and qualification are not automatic.

Which development pathway is right for you?

The team lead studies teaches participants how to lead a security team and focuses on tactics, operational readiness, day to day operations, and emergency management. This will teach participants how to implement security strategies via effective, efficient and relevant security tactics.

The senior leadership studies teaches participants how to lead a security organization at a senior level. The senior leadership program focuses on enhancing leadership skills and defining and building security strategy.

The Cost

The cost for the specialist courses is USD $2000/GBP £1400/ €1650 per module

Instructor-led Learning

Modeled upon the learning programs from leading educational and government institutions, future leaders will attend instructor led interactive training where they will, in person be taught the content, interact with other participants and take part in challenging end of module projects and assignments.

Target audience

Leadership studies at the Academy are most suited for experienced security professionals either already in team lead roles, and professionals seeking to progress to team lead roles.

These studies are for the future leaders of the private and official security sectors.

Quantifying Success

At the Enablement Academy of Leadership Excellence, we measure the level of understanding of the content, and concepts in two ways:

1. Testing via the LMS (a passing score is required to progress to the next module or course)

2. Projects or essays at key milestones of the learning process (a passing score is required to progress to the next module or course).
